After registration, you will receive a bidding paddle.
This paddle is strictly personal, be sure to keep a close eye on it.
Please return your paddle at the reception upon leaving the auction hall.
Signing-up with a current email address when registering will help us to inform you correctly.

Telephone and Absentee Bids
To organize a telephone or absentee bid, you can send us your bidding instructions via e-mail or by phone. Please include in your request following details: name, address, bank and invoice references, a copy of your Identity Card or Driver’s License and, in case of telephone bidding, the phone number(s) where to reach you during the auction. Contact information that is up-to-date is important for correct communication both during and after the time of the auction.
A printable bid form can be downloaded below.
Bids can also be made using MyDeVuyst

When you will be participating in the auction by phone it is possible to leave a safety bid. The written offer/safety bid will function as an absentee bid just in case telephone during the auction failed.
